He knows his parents live in a happy oblivious world. He has never had a real conversation with them, they never saw his first steps, heard his first words and probably don't realise he's attending Hogwarts. He has two happy snowmen for parents. Cold and smiling into a distance. This picture hangs above his parent's beds in St. Mungo's. For Neville it's important they have it, even if they don't remember who he is.

Thank you, it does make a difference if you know a little about the characters but I also try to draw them nicely. I do get all my inspiration from the books.
